#70 UK users need a # key!

On a UK mac keyboard, there is no # key, believe it or not. You can get there by pressing Alt 3, but it doesn't always work (as a shortcut key in google mail, for instance).

It would be extremely useful for UK users to be able to map something else to be a # key.
