#66 Remap caps lock key to quote

The Dell Mini 9 is a netbook computer which is easily configured to run OS X. Its keyboard suffers from a very unintuitive and difficult placement of the quote key two keys to the right of the space bar.

The caps lock button is virtually useless anyway and is easy to press accidentally on the Mini 9's relatively small keyboard.

Would it be possible to kill two birds with one stone and remap the quote key to the caps lock key? The existing quote key would not need to be disabled.
