#62 Modify options when keyboard is/is not plugged in.

I like how DC is able to to switch the command and option keys for my windows keyboard, but it may get old having to bring up the preference pane and turn off the switch every time I use my laptop without the keyboard (i.e., when I'm not home at my desk). It would be nice if it could auto-detect a USB keyboard and only activate the program to switch keys at that point :)
