#58 swap numpad-. with numpad-shift-. AND vice-versa

on my swiss-french keyboard, without DoubleCommand, the keypad . gives . and pressing shift changed it to ,
Since I use , for the decimal part of numbers I installed DoubleCommand but now with and without shift I get ,
It might be more useful to get , without shift and . with shift, i.e. reverse the usual behavior.
