#49 Space bar doubles as Command key

What?! Space bar as Command? You may think this is crazy, but hear me out. The Space bar would only act like the Command key when chorded with another key. Simply depressing and releasing the Space bar would generate a space character. But the following key sequence would generate Command-C:

Space bar down
c down
c up
Space bar up

This should be independent of the order of the up actions.
