#48 Double-tap Shift key to activate Caps Lock

I like to map my Caps Lock key to Delete but occasionally I do need Caps Lock functionality. It would be really cool if double-tapping the Shift key activated Caps Lock. Once activated, a single tap of the Shift key would suffice to deactivate it (just like the iPhone keyboard).
