#47 map enter to cntrl + option ( voiceover keys)

When using VoiceOver ( Mac OS X's screen reader ) the control + option keys serve as the main keys which precede a command . If you are using a portable machine, such as a macbook, the control + option aren't present on the right side of the space bar. Mapping the enter key to control + option would improve the usabilty of VoiceOver on portable machine ( non full sized keyboards).
