#43 Independent settings for Ctrl keys

It would be real nice to be able to to make independent settings for the left and right Ctrl keys. I would really like to make the right Ctrl key on my USB keyboard be the same as the Cmd key, but without changing the left Ctrl key. (This keyboard already has the left Ctrl and Cmd keys in the right place.)
