#42 Allow alt to be used in conjunction with forward delete

When one uses the native controls <alt><FN><Delete> OSX will forward delete an entire word.

However, when using a doublecommand forward delete, alt does not do anything. For example if we set the enter key as forward delete and we press <alt><enter>, the system will not Forward Delete an entire word.
