Name says it all. This would be very useful for those of us who grew up with the AltGr on Windows keyboards, which was distinct from normal Alt.

This solves this issue,
However there's a little problem with MacBook drivers. Regardless of DoubleCommand changing right Command to right Option code 0x80040, applications receive left Option 0x80020 code.

Anyway typing national characters works as expected.
