#29 Paragraph key as Forward Delete

Name says it all. Everybody who switched from Windows misses the delete (Forward Delete in Mac Lingo) key, while the Paragraph/PlusMinus key is very rarely used by anybody other than lawyers. I can't believe nobody thought of this yet :-)
