#28 Fix Installer Error (possibly exclusive to Leopard)

Fix the installer issue where it won't install DoubleCommand because "a newer version of this software already exists on this volume."

/Library/Startupitems/DoubleCommand has been deleted along with /Library/Preferencepanes/Doublecommand.

I am running 10.5.1
