#10 delete acts as caps lock

I want to start using caps lock for deletion—keeping my fingers on the home row will help me in learning Dvorak—but I still use caps lock on a fairly regular basis. It makes sense for me to switch the two.

It'd also be nice for caps lock delete to support holding the key down to keep deleting; it doesn't work on my Core Duo white MacBook.
