#1 Add support to disable right shift / up arrow combination

Powerbook users may have had the same experience I have had where
you are typing quickly, hit the right shift key, and end up accidentally also
getting the up arrow key, which will blow away a block of text. This can be
*very* annoying. It would be very cool if DoubleCommand had the ability
to filter this input out.
