Can't install, different than chumpytown's?

When I double-click the installer, nothing seems to happen. The only thing I see in the syslog is this:

2008-05-23 15:34:32.790 Installer[413] Unable to load nib file: PagedInstaller, exiting

I couldn't find any "DoubleCommand.crashed" files using spotlight. FWIW, I'm still on Tiger. :(
