For some reason in apps like VLC and after having swapped enter for option, using the apple enter keys in addition to the left arrow works as predicted, however, using it in conjunction with the right arrow key does nothing.
I'm experiencing the same issue with fKeys where the author informed me that he was getting reports of this issue.
Any clues? This is a real bummer.

Yeah, me too. Similarly, Opt-right arrow doesn't work, but Opt-other cursor keys works just fine. And it's only in certain apps. It seems to work ok in native apps like 'Text edit'

I can confirm this behavior also happens on the MacBook Pro, with Firefox 2.0.0.4
When the mapping "Enter key acts as option key" is enabled, the enter+Right combination does not work as option+Right.

Unfortunate as its really the only thing I'd like to use DoubleCommand for. On my previous PowerBook I performed this remapping using a AppleADBKeyboard kernel extension modification (see http://www.snark.de/index.cgi/0007\) which does not work on the new intel based MacBook Pro.
