This is not intentional, there must have been some kind of mixup when I moved the source code to a new host. I'll check this out and release a new build with the options back in. Thanks for letting me know.

Hi Michael -- thanks, that's what we suspected was the case.
I have a question that might work for others. The original SideKick for PCs used Left_Shift+Right_Shift to activate and that worked very well, yet nothing uses it on the Mac.
What drove me to DC was the lack of the Enter key on the current Mac notebooks, a key I badly need -- on the other hand the Alt key in that location can be very convenient. So I was wondering whether some other combo with the Return key would help; say Alt-Return (Shift Return is already used for Web Editing apps) or Left_Shift+Right_Shift.
As you still have the free slot at the bottom of the screen, I thought I'd ask and find out if others might find this useful as well.

1.6.6b4 had 25 options that could be re-mappeed but this new version has lost 5 of those settings i.e. all the of last 3 rows of settings.
Is this intentional? Or were they accidentally left off?
It's important to me because I need the right Alt key to act as an Enter key (or failing that, then have a way to use Shift-Return as an Enter key).
Is there a solution possible or on the horizon?
Thanks
Allan

I use "Right Option as Forward Delete" daily, and eagerly await its return. Thanks guys.
