Install fails for 1.6.6b4

On Leopard, I manage to install 1.6.6b1 but no version after this:
1.6.6b3 and 1.6.6b4 won't install.

The log says:

DoubleCommand will not load due to a problem last load

Even though there is no .crashed file.

Any thoughts?

  Well looking around I found the solution, there was a DoubleCommand.crashed in /private/var/tmp/DoubleCommand.crashed

  Well that's it. I looked everywhere but there. I guess Spotlight and find don't go there.
