Hello,
I would like to use DoubleCommand on my Intel iMac to remap some keys, but it's not working.
After a little bit of fiddling I found the following lines in the system log:
Feb 1 14:22:11 aurora kernel[0]: Starting DoubleCommand
Feb 1 14:22:11 aurora kernel[0]: Hijacking keyboard 0 (IOHIDKeyboard)
Feb 1 14:22:11 aurora kernel[0]: kea 0052E034: ksea 0052E1E8
Feb 1 14:22:11 aurora kernel[0]: modded kea 32C4B558: modded ksea 32C4B5FE
Feb 1 14:22:11 aurora kernel[0]: DoubleCommand does not support com_Logitech_HIKeyboard
Feb 1 14:22:11 aurora kernel[0]: DoubleCommand does not support com_Logitech_HISpecialKeys
Then I remembered that I installed the sw drivers for my Logitech mouse to support the additional buttons.
It may be that the Logitech sw installs some hooks related to their keyboards even if I am using only a mouse.
Is there any way to make DC work also with the Logitech drivers installed?
Thanks a lot,
Paolo
