#2 Shift-Delete doesn't work

Shift-Delete deletes to the left regardless of
configuration. (Tested alone, with Enter->Fn, with
Fkeys, and with both.)

I find shift-delete does delete to the right with this new version,
but on my iMac, the right-shift key with delete only deletes to the
left, not to the right!

I have discovered that some external keyboards do have different codes
for the forward delete, and I'll try to fix this one soon.
