#252 Task Log Report

The attached version of the Task Log Report provides the following:
1. Bug fixing for preset period selection (if another locale than English is used) and user filter,
2. user filter select list is restrictied to those users that have created a log (avoid dissemination of information on user list to unauthorized users),
3. Reports can be generated either in PDF or in CSV (Excel compatible) format.

The fields to be displayed are defined as a parameter array (line 28 sq. ). The dotproject administrator can change this array tp adapt the layout of the report to his own requirements.
