[Dotproject-cvs-developer] still can't import into cvs

tried this command, from their doc page:

$ cvs -d:ext:ch...@cv...:/cvsroot/dotproject-cvs
import -m "Initial import.
" web chovy start

ssh: connect to host cvs.sf.net port 22: Connection
timed out
cvs [import aborted]: end of file from server (consult
above messages if any)


SF has been a pain in the butt, so far.
