[dotNetRDF-Support] OWL Ontologies

Hy,
I´m Carmelo Cacciato. I´m working in a project C# and i would like to open an ontology with dotNetRDF . I´m not able with documentation 
My Scope is writing in a Owl ontology  individuals in a speciefied class or subclasses and also create a property between two individuals in c# (ObjectProperty of Protege).
I hope someone can help me.
