[dotNetRDF-Develop] Sync dotNetRDF.Test project

Hi Rob

While looking at the SPARQL dates I also noticed something weird about
the dotNetRDF.Test project. Before build you exec the sync tool but in
my case it removes all the file from the csproj. Command line says
"Removing defunct file" and 203 changes at the end. Worse that causes
Visual Studio 2012 to crash whenever I'm running tests with resharper.

Why are all those files removed from the project?
