Hi Zahra dotNetRDF supports RDF/XML and also has a basic abstraction for OWL. Please have a look at [1] for info on loading RDF into memory and [2] for documentation of OWL support. I don't know about exports from Protege, but I shouldn't expect any problems. Do you have any specific needs?
