	Yes this is a bug and I&#39;m pretty certain I know what is going on. &nbsp;However this may not be fixable in the 1.x APIs because of various legacy design decisions around blank nodes and node scoping. &nbsp;I will take a look and see if there is an easy fix for this specific case of the problem but the general problem is not fixable in the 1.x API.</p>

	There is ongoing work on the 2.x API which should resolve the problem though the SPARQL engine has yet to be ported forward to the 2.x API so I can&#39;t confirm at this time whether this does resolve the issue.</p></td>
