	I haven&#39;t done any debugging/validation on this yet but the reference to ARQ 2.9.2 is a little worrying. &nbsp;ARQ 2.9.2 is from mid 2012 so 18 months plus out of date and I know there have been spec clarifications around MINUS that required bug fixes like ARQ somewhere in that timeframe.</p>

	ARQ is currently at 2.11.1 so if you want to treat ARQ as a reference implementation then please test against an up to date version of it. &nbsp;I&#39;ll probably won&#39;t have time to review this till late next week as I have a big release push at work atm.</p></td>
