ARQ 2.9.2 is from mid 2012 so 18 months plus out of date and I know there have been spec clarifications around MINUS that required bug fixes like ARQ somewhere in that timeframe.</p> <p> ARQ is currently at 2.11.1 so if you want to treat ARQ as a reference implementation then please test against an up to date version of it.
