	Thank you very much for the insight, it makes sense.</p>
<p>
	Before opening this issue, I checked with 2 other SPARQL implementations including Jena ARQ 2.11.0 and I got a different behavior than with dotNetRDF.</p>
<p>
	As you are also a Jena commiter, would it be possible for you to reproduce what I got using Jena ? I could then open an issue there if the behavior is indeed different.</p>
<p>
	We could follow up by email and I could send you the Jena unit test if you are interested, as this is not directly related to dotNetRDF development.</p>
