	The newly refactored resolution methods in UriFactory need to be updated to use the new interning mechanism and then we need to validate that memory usage is suitably lowered (which we strongly expect is the case). &nbsp;However doing that requires us to get the IO library into a suitable state that we can build and use the GraphBenchmarker tool to run benchmarks which we can compare with the default branch.</p></td>
