	Currently the work from CORE-303 means that in the PCL builds some synchronous APIs are included that rely on calling their async alternatives and blocking on the response which will break if they are used under certain platforms.</p>

	It would be better to have the PCL builds not use any synchronous APIs which are not safe across all platforms.</p></td>
