	The current .vdproj installer has some issues:</p>
<ul>
	<li>
		Can only be built inside Visual Studio</li>
	<li>
		Cannot be build via MSBuild</li>
	<li>
		Cannot be built on TeamCity without a VS installation</li>
</ul>

	Therefore it would be useful to transition to using the WiX toolkit which is an open source Windows installer toolkit that can be used both within VS and on the command line.</p></td>
