[dotNetRDF-Develop] NUnit Transition

Hey All

I merged Tom's changes into default on the main repository today and
converted over a couple of remaining MSTest tests I recently added.

So we are now fully on NUnit, thanks for doing all the leg work on this Tom.
I have to say that I immediately like the NUnit/Resharper integration, it is
much nicer and more intuitive than MSTest :D
