 Added a attachment to the issue. Thanks for looking into it.</p>
<p>
 This file is de smallest of the 2 files and has approx 700 graphs in it. 0.7.2 loads this file from HDD in 0 seconds. 0.9 reads it in 11 seconds.</p>
<p>
 The largest file which needs to be read has 78.000 graphs in it. That file was loaded in 6 seconds; with 0.9 it seems to take forever...</p>

 My development machine is a Intel Core2 Duo T7500 @ 2x2.2GHz.</p>
