	After fixing <a href="http://dotnetrdf.org/tracker/Issues/IssueDetail.aspx?id=323">TOOLS-323</a>&nbsp;it was determined that updates still do not work correctly due to a data encoding issue that appears to be caused by VDS.Web.Server</p>

	We are currently investigating this and will likely need to take an updated version of VDS.Web.Server to resolve this</p></td>
