[dotNetRDF-Develop] NullReferenceException from IndexedTripleCollection

Hi All

Various users have recently reported or enquired about a 
NullReferenceException that can seen when running dotNetRDF 0.8.2/0.9.0 
under the VS debugger.

Rest assured that this error is completely harmless and handled by the 
responsible code.  It appears to be down to a strange quirk of how the 
debugger reports errors.  See
