	Having now reproduced this myself it looks much more like what you described and I think I now agree with your assesment,</p>
<p>
	This seems very strange that Tomcat should behave this way, it almost looks like some sort of bug with Tomcat. I will get WireShark hooked up and see exactly what goes on.</p></td>
