What have you tried?

You haven't properly explained what you are trying to do  - "show content in
C#" could mean anything

What do you want to display and how?  What code do you have so far?

Please consider reading through the tutorials in the User Guide
(http://www.dotnetrdf.org/content.asp?pageID=User%20Guide) if you have not
done so already since that will cover most common usages of the library.
