[dotNetRDF-Develop] Commit Notifications

Hi All

I have turned on commit notifications for our BitBucket repository, these go
to the dot...@li... mailing list

I have also subscribed this account to that list to receive a daily digest
so those subscribed to this list will receive a daily digest summarizing
commit activity in the project.  Let me know if people think the latter is a
bad idea and I'll turn it off again
