[dotNetRDF-Develop] License Model simplification?

Hi All

I've been considering simplifying the license model of dotNetRDF.  Currently
we have a choose your own license model where you can choose from GPL, LGPL
or MIT

I propose to simplify this to just MIT I.e. the most permissive

Any objections to this?
