[dotNetRDF-Develop] File header

Hi

Does any of you guys use ReSharper? I have recently discovered it has
an option to ensure each file in the solution has a (licence) header.
I know there is such a utility in dotNetRDF but I just wanded to share
the find as I suppose ReSharper is possibly a more robust and simple
way to do this.
