 This is close to complete, the 0.6.0 branch is now buildable and we have tested it, there are a total of 15 regressions to be addressed: 

 We need to investigate why the XSD cast functions no longer behave as expected 
 The TIMEZONE() and TZ() functions now give some incorrect answers 
 Valued nodes need to preserve the original string form of the literal where relevant
