[dotNetRDF-develop] Insufficient Error with MSSSQLServer datastore

Hello

I tend to get "There is insufficient system memory in resource pool
'internal' to run this query." errors when running queries against a
fairly modest graph stored in a MSSSQLServer datastore. Is this to be
expected? Is there scope for optimising the database using indexes or
something else?
