SVN revision 2039 adds support for HTTP proxies to all existing HTTP based IGenericIOManager implementations and support for loading proxy information for these classes when loaded via the Configuration API
There is some remaining work to be done:
Add constructors which allow Proxy setup at instantiation time
Update tools (esp Store Manager) to allow for specifying proxy information
