It depends on what you will need dotNetRDF for.
dotNetRDF has a parser, which compatible with SPARQL 1.1 and SPARQL
Update, however the internal query structure was internal the last
time I checked. Not sure you would need it anyway. Please describe
what are the requirements for your SPARQL editor.
