Sorry for the slowness of reply but I have been rather ill lately.
Why exactly do you need SkipLocalParsing for the VirtuosoManager? If
parsing fails then the manager still submits the query to Virtuoso anyway as
it assumes that you've used Virtuoso specific syntax which the SPARQL Parser
doesn't understand.
Is there a particular scenario/test case you can give me that demonstrates a
need for this?
