Hi I have just finished the core implementation of the fluent API for SPARQL 1.0. Much of SPARQL 1.1 is already done but some more work is needed. Also I have created a crude tester app, which sits a separate branch and can be downloaded from [1] The left part must be a method body which will return a IQueryBuilder object. Any of the wiki [2] examples can be used by adding return keyword and removing the BuildQuery() call. For example return QueryBuilder.Select("name", "mbox") .Where(tpb => tpb.Subject("x").PredicateUri("foaf:name").Object("name") .Subject("x").PredicateUri("foaf:mbox").Object("mbox")); For valid C# code the right part of the window will show the SPARQL query and exception stack otherwise. By the way this reveals some issues with SparqlQuery#ToString(), which I will report later (see the Construct().Where() example from wiki). Thanks Tom [1] https://bitbucket.org/romanticweb/dotnetrdf/downloads [2] https://bitbucket.org/romanticweb/dotnetrdf/wiki |

Hi All I have turned on commit notifications for our BitBucket repository, these go to the dot...@li... mailing list I have also subscribed this account to that list to receive a daily digest so those subscribed to this list will receive a daily digest summarizing commit activity in the project. Let me know if people think the latter is a bad idea and I'll turn it off again Rob |

Thanks, Rob .. I'm planning on working on your suggestion in a day or two ... Haven't taken a deep dive into your code ... is it based on your API or is it native C# ( see my ? below re compatablity with .net 4.5 ) I'm also waiting to get a response on my question from the author of this blog post: http://weblogs.asp.net/gunnarpeipman/archive/2012/04/20/asp-net-web-api-extending-content-negotiation-with-new-formats.aspx I'm still not sure if your package is right for my case ... seems that there have been significant revisions since I last checked ... I'm working with .Net 4.5 ... any compatability issues with dotNetRDF and VS2012 / .net 4+ It will be good to know if others on this list are using Asp.Net MVC and the Web API. More soon .. Anyone else using MVC3 or 4 and processing the 'application/sparql-results+json' media type in a media type formatter .... to return a POCO to the controller ? I'm able to return the Json in the Controller this way with this code: var sparqlTask = response.Content.ReadAsStringAsync(); But that requires processing the Json in the controller Since I could not get the media-formatter working --- the conventional approach threw an exception ... note the highlighted code below that I was not able to get to work ... Any members who call Sparql endpoints able to convert json to POCO in a custom media formatter in ASP.Net MVC ???
