[Dotnetmock-developer] Project Updates

An entire slew of updates to the project will be added tonight (as soon as I
get SSH access).  These include:
- Complete re-write of tests to conform to NUnit 2.0
- Complete XML comments
- Project Coding standards enforced throughout the projects
- DotNetMock project now has a Strong name & Key
- testDotNetMock project renamed to DotNetMock.Tests
- and more....

Next is to complete the automation of the build process.
