#6 GetFile File Locked after downloading large file

I have used the GetFile(remotefilename,
localfilename,transfermode ) Method to donwload a large
5.3 mb file. Once the file is downloaded, and the
connection is closed the local file is locked and cannot
be released untill the application is shut down.

I can't reproduce this... Please give more details
