When will the source code be released for this project. Isn't this a violation of Source Forge TOS?

I don't know about TOS, there are plenty of projects without source code. And I will definitely open the source code, just don't know when, because the code is a bit messy right now.

I have released the source code. But I haven't got time to clean and comment the code. It is provided as is.
