It doesn't start on Windows 10. Compatibility mode Windows 7 or run with Administrator rights not helped.

    I'm pretty sure Win 10 doesn't include backwards compatibility for .NET
    3.5. At least I remember I had to manually install 3.5 when I was running
    Win 10.
